On Veterans Day, we honor all veterans who served our country. We always keep our veterans and their families in our prayers.

On Memorial Day, which falls on the last Monday of May, we honor the memories of the men and women who died while serving in the American military. Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971. Many Americans observe Memorial Day by visiting cemeteries or memorials, holding family gatherings and participating in parades.

On Patriot Day, which occurs on Sept. 11 of each year, we honor the memories of 2,977 people killed in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack of the World Trade Center in New York City.
