Hall Rental Regulations:
1. Rental Rate: $100 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour. A $100 refundable deposit is required and will be returned if area is left in original condition. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold the Hall and will be applied to the rental fee. The rental fee must be paid prior to use of the Hall. If the event goes longer than anticipated, a $75 fee will be due for each additional hour or portion thereof.
2. The Renter is responsible for the well-being of all renter personnel and guests.
3. Proper dress and conduct must be exercised at all times.
4. The renter may alter the room setup and decorate as needed. Room must be returned to original setup after event.
5. Food:
Option 1:
Renter may provide own food or have the event catered by outside vendor.
Option 2:
Food services can be contracted through the VFW Kitchen Manager.
6. Beverages:
The VFW will set up a bar and serve beverages at Happy Hour prices and furnish a
bartender at a charge of $10 per hour, plus an additional $10 for setup and cleanup.
7. Business Meetings or Training Seminars:
Rental Rate: $50 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour. A $100 refundable deposit is required and will be returned if the area is left in original condition. Lunch is available during regular VFW lunch hours at regular VFW lunch prices.
8. No knives, guns, fireworks, pornography or liquor may be sold on premises.
9. There will be no smoking in the hall at any time.
10. Conditions for $100 deposit refund:
Floor must be vacuumed. Tables and chairs must be returned to original location. Trash must be removed from premises. Everything must be left as found prior to rental.
Facilities will be inspected by VFW personnel before and after use of the hall.
The renter may visit the premises at any time during normal hours and may decorate prior to the event. Please make arrangements for decoration times in advance.
